Some audio of the songs recorded by the fans from today’s showcase in Seoul. :)

Be My Girl

I think I like this song better than “Ayyy Girl”. It’s actually my favorite among their new songs that I’ve heard so far. I can’t wait for the album version! :)

Empty

This is a happy and upbeat song. It kinda reminds me of “Get Ready”. This is the type of song that will make the audience high. LOL. :D

Be The One

I don’t know if it’s just me but I think this song, especially the beat, sounds a bit sexy. Hahaha.

Ayyy Girl

This sounds better live! Now, I think I’m beginning to like it. It’s getting into my head. So addicting and catchy! :)

Found You (Chajatta)

OMG, I SUUUUUPPPPEEEERRRR LOVE THIS SONG! I swear I never get tired listening to it! The way they sang it live almost the same as the album version. It’s almost perfect! <3

Here’s the complete(?) title song for JYJ’s The Beginning album entitled “Ayyy Girl”.

Honestly speaking, I don’t know if I like the song or not. It’s catchy but I think it sounded a bit off and not really the kind/style of song that we usually hear from TVXQ. I think the rap part didn’t really match the song. But I have to say that I understand the lyrics that JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu are singing. That’s good news because it only means one thing: their English is quite good. There is still room for improvement but their pronunciation is getting better. :)

I do no know if this is confirmed to be true but this really made me so angry. Indeed, if this is true, this is a form of injustice to JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu. What negative effects to the Hallyu Wave are they talking about? Is it because of the different issues surrounding the three now? Don’t these people realize that despite these issues, fans still love and support them? In fact, they should be proud and thankful that JYJ are trying to reach the global market through this international album. Isn’t this what “Hallyu Wave” means?

I really hate the way some organizations and media in Korea think. Instead of supporting the Korean artists in their aim to enter the international market, they keep on doing things that make it hard for these artists to move forward with their careers. But once these artists make it big internationally, the same people who tried to pull them down when they are starting just suddenly shower them with praises, try to associate themselves to these artists and ride with their success and popularity. What kind of bad mentality is that? Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Here’s a short interview of Rodney Jerkins about his experience working with JYJ in their new album. His praises and compliments towards the boys sound so beautiful to my ears. :)

101009 Uwe Kroger Mentioned about Junsu During Interview

T/N Uwe Kroger is one of the most famous musical stars in the German-speaking countries of the world.

Uwe Kroger took role of Archbishop Colloredo in musical Mozart, appearing on the same stage as Kim Junsu. He had been starring as Colloredo starting from 2006 Mozart world performance.

During the rehearsal with Junsu, Kroger’s initial impression when practicing harmonization was the chorus and acting precisely matches the German version even though of course it’s entirely performed in Korean, thus it is very interesting. Since the musical is worked by different countries, sometimes the interpretation of the work turn to be different. Yet Korean actors’ deep performance has left him a deep impression. There wasn’t any extra interpretation and the performance was straight forward. Just by looking at the actors’ expressions, you can feel what they ought to say.

When Uwe Kroger was asked about evaluating TVXQ’s Kim Junsu as an actor, he said, taking into consideration that Junsu didn’t even receive adequate acting lessons, his acting was very natural.
