This is in response to the rumor reported by the Korean media that JaeJoong, Yoochun, and Junsu are already secretly meeting producers for possible appearances in dramas in case something happens to their lawsuit vs. SM. Read this article from Allkpop.
Dong Bang Shin Ki Denies ‘Drama Rumours’
Recently, the three members of Dong Bang Shin Ki (Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu), who were involved in a lawsuit against their company, have once again emphasized that their intention is only to resolve their contract problem, and not to ‘disband’.
On the 25th of September, they stated through an interview with a newspaper that they were not aware of any drama plans. They also said that they will look into this issue, as they do not know what exactly happened, and even their managers were not notified of this, too.
On the other hand, Dong Bang Shin Ki’s Hero JaeJoong, Micky YooChun and Xiah JunSu had filed a lawsuit against their agency company SM Entertainment, and had also successfully submitted the request for the evidence of their past earnings’ history and receipts.
On the 21st of August, both parties were present at the Seoul Central Court for the hearing regarding cars that were owned by both, and are still waiting for a verdict from the court.*
* Referring to the cars that were ‘supposedly’ given to the three, but it turns out that they were still under SM Entertainment’s name

All I can say is that I don’t believe that they’re preparing to venture into acting if they don’t get a favorable result from this case simply because I believe that these three guys love music so much and they won’t trade music for acting. They may appear on dramas once in a while but I think music will always be their passion and is what they would always end up doing.
Why is Yoona also selected as a witness? What does she have anything to do with this? Is it because she was said to have the same length of contract as DBSK? Hmmm…
Anyway, I have a feeling none of these guys will appear – especially not Yoona or Lee Soo Man. I just think this will be a bit burdensome for them. But I really hope they do attend this one especially our boys. Even if it’s will also be burdensome for them, they could explain their side more if they agree to attend this, right?
TVXQ and Yoona to be witness
Yoona of Girls’ Generation and the members of TVXQ are being issues, for they are selected to be witnesses of the parliamentary inspection of the administration which will proceed most probably on the 5th of October.
Seung-deok Kho and Mun-hwan Jo, members of the Grant National Party, have requested Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun of TVXQ, Yoona of SNSD and Lee Sooman, to be witnesses regarding the unjust contracts against entertainers at the Administration of Inspection of the Fair Trade Commision.
Parties concerned are claiming that even if they are selected as witnesses, the chances of attending the parliament is very small.

These are really nice articles but I really hope they did articles on Junsu and Changmin, too. I pretty much agree to the description of each of the members especially Yoochun’s. Most of the time, he is really the DBSK member who is very “transparent” and who doesn’t care of what others think of him (remember the airport incidents?). Also, our JaeJoongie just mentioned another “quotable quote” that really caught my attention: ” ‘Live” is when everyone blends together as one”. I don’t know if this is true for everyone but based on experience, watching something live really makes everyone “connect” and have that “special atmosphere” that only people present would be able to experience. And of course, I definitely agree that Yunho is the perfect leader that any group can have. I always admired his personality and I think nobody can match his effectiveness as a leader.

OMG, Soulmate are so cute! JaeJoong is such a pro in “tsukkomi”. He managed to say the right “observations” with each “boke”. And the last part where they themselves did the joke is LOVE. Yoochun is so cute acting scary and JaeJoong looks so calm while pinching Chunnie’s cheeks and telling him he’s cute. They seemed a bit embarrassed after that. LOL. :D
