Finally, a project for Junsu! I’ve missed Junsu so much since he’s the one who had the most “rest” among the members. At last, he’s gonna be active on something again. Yay for Junsu! =)
TVXQ Junsu in Discussion for Starring in a Musical “The Expected First Personal Activities”
One of TVXQ member who is currently having dispute with SM Entertainment, Xiah Junsu is expected to appear in musical project.
One official said on the 26th, “A musical project which is starring Xiah Junsu is being discussed. The cast information will be released soon.” he said. The fans have already been aware and confirmed about this musical schedule and also the tickets, citing high expectations on the project. If Xiah Junsu appearance in the musical is decided, it will be his first personal activity after the dispute started.

In addition, 3 TVXQ members Yoochun, Jaejoong, and Junsu were said to have been promoting a secret local fanmeeting. According to music industry officials, these three members are coming somewhere in Seoul and are expected to greet their Korean fans in December fanmeeting. A close source to the members said, “They’re in process of having a local fanmeeting in December. However, the time and place for the fanmeeting still don’t come to decision.”
3 TVXQ members filed a provisional disposition against SM Entertainment regarding exclusive contract in last July to the court, and since then, their local activities has been stopped. As the conflict still continues, the attendance of five members in the fanmeeting are expected to be a tough one.

I’m excited to watch Junsu in a musical. A musical is a mix of singing and acting so I wonder how well Junsu will do in this project. The singing part is not a problem but what I’m anxious to watch is his acting. We all know that his acting is the one that needs more improvement as compared to the other members. The guy just can’t stop NG-ing and laughing while saying his lines! LOL. The musical is live so I wonder what will happen to Junsu? Hahaha. But I trust him. I’m sure he’s gonna be fine. Our dolphin boy is a talented one so he’ll find a way to “limit” his NGs. 
About the fanmeeting, I would like to keep my comment to myself as of now. I’ve learned my lesson not to trust these kindss of news where “a close source to the members” is involved. Unless this is confirmed by the three members or any of their representatives, I’m not going to mind this too much.

It was reported today that JaeJoong was ‘dating’ a Japanese actress(?) named Abiru Yuu. This rumor has been a hot topic in Korea and netizens are going crazy on this. This has topped a lot of search rankings the moment it went public and news sites also reported it. But the thing is, THIS IS ONLY A RUMOR.
JaeJoong, through his representative, has clarified this rumor and said that it is FALSE.

Dong Bang Shin Ki Hero JaeJoong’s representative spoke up about rumours of love relationship between JaeJoong and Japanese actress Abiru Yuu.
It was said in Japanese weekly magazine ‘Female Seven’ on 26th November, “JaeJoong and Abiru Yuu were seen on a date late night in Tokyo recently. The date between the 2 was first witnessed in early October where they were spotted very initimately together on late night date at about 3am.”
But a representative said on 26th November, “Totally absurd. The date which the magazine stated – early October – JaeJoong was in Korea. How can the 2 be together, we really cannot understand. And according to Avex Japan, JaeJoong has never met Abiru Yuu before.”

There you go. Jae says it isn’t true and so I believe him. Many netizens and DBSK fans has been up in arms when this news came out. The reason behind such disapproval to the supposed relationship between them (which is not true as clarified by Jae’s rep) is somehow because some fans refuses to let the fangirl in them accept that Jae will one day find a girlfriend but mostly because of Abiru Yuu’s “bad reputation”.
For all those who doesn’t know Abiru Yuu and why she is getting such a disapproval from fans, well she is the ex-girlfriend of NEWS member Yamapi. The two of them broke-up because Yamapi found out that she is having an affair with another guy. Also apart from this, she was involved in a lot of scandals in Japan, ranging from being drunk while guesting on a TV show to having “unpleasant” photos of her released on the internet.
I know I don’t really have a say on who should Jae (or the other members for that matter) end up with but I just want to give my opinion. I really don’t mind if ever one day he finds a girlfriend. I’m a Jae fan but I’m not crazy enough to forbid him and wish that he won’t be with a girl other than me. As long as he finds a FITTING and DESERVING girl to be his girlfriend and one who will make him happy, then I won’t have any complaints. I just wish he’ll be careful and smart enough to choose a girl who has a “good background”. I’m actually one of those people who are EXTREMELY thankful that this rumor is false. Like the other fans, I also disapprove of him being with Abiru Yuu just because of her not-so-good background. I don’t want Jae to be committed to someone who has a history of cheating on his boyfriend. Jae had a bad experience with his past girlfriend before debut and I don’t want him to experience that again. It took him quite some time to recover from that and I wouldn’t want him to have another similar heartache. He deserves someone better than that.
Anyway, I hope this helped clear this issue. Again, THIS IS A FALSE RUMOR, JaeJoong and Abiru Yuu are not together. I hope this issue stops here. There’s no point in dragging this longer.

▲What is the relationship between Crebeau and the three members of TVXQ?
=Crebeau was created over 12 years ago. It has been over ten years since we began using sheep placenta as a main ingredient in the cosmetics. This company opened these three stores in July and officially began their business. As soon as they opened, complications arose. =The three members attended the Investment Presentation we held in Shanghai in January. After listening to the Investment Presentation, the three completed their investments in March/April. The Beijing Representation Corporation interpreted ‘The TVXQ Three members have invested’ as ‘The TVXQ Three members are now ambassador’s to Crebeau.’ Therefore, the company tried to use TVXQ to advertise products but as soon as we heard of this and intercepted their actions, they retaliated. (Holding the contract)In the contract, not even the ‘T’ of TVXQ is mentioned. The three members of TVXQ represent SM Entertainment, not Crebeau. The side that violated the contract is in fact Beijing Representation Corporation, not the three members.▲Do you have proof that Beijing Representation Corporation violated the contract?
=On October 2nd, when the TVXQ Shanghai concert was coming up, they sold cosmetics tied with tickets for the concert. We have even collected evidence of this. They opened a store that did not follow our standards, and illegally sold cosmetics at discounted prices near the concert location. These are all violations of the contract. The main office located in Korea told Beijing Representation Corporation to ask for all of the cosmetics sold along with tickets to be returned so that the company’s image would not be tarnished. 70 million Won worth of damages were incurred but the main office compensated for all of these losses.▲When you say a ’small investment’ by the three members of TVXQ. How small is their investment?
=The three members invested less than 100 million Won each in the Chinese branch of our company. Crebeau itself invested more than 3 billion Won for the Chinese expansion. The three members’ investments combined are only worth around 300 million Won. It is only around 1/10 of all of the investments. Xiah Junsu’s father also showed interest in investing. We gave him the right a chain store outside of Seoul. All the investment money related to TVXQ does not amount to much.▲How are you planning to deal with Beijing Representation Corporation?
=We are going through the appropriate steps with a lawyer from China. They are at an advantage as this is a case that will be dealt with using the laws of China. That is why Beijing Representation Corporation did not sue the Chinese office of Crebeau either. If there was a problem with the company as a whole, why did they just sue the Korean main office? This is their blind spot. I believe that the truth will always win.▲SM Entertainment is blaming the cosmetic company for the TVXQ dispute.
=We find it quite absurd that we are being blamed for the dispute between TVXQ and SM Entertainment. Many people were witness to TVXQ’s Xiah Junsu receiving permission from SM to invest in the company. All the procedures we had to go through were legally correct and there were no problems. SM Entertainment blamed us only after the dispute occurred between the agency and members of TVXQ. Because of SM, our work has been disrupted and our image has been tarnished.▲How do you plan on solving the issue regarding SM?
=This is a problem that has nothing to do with the three members of TVXQ. It is a problem between two companies. SM Entertainment used Crebeau as a scapegoat and tarnished our image to put the blame of the TVXQ dispute on us. The Chinese and Japanese plans we have been making have been rattled because of SM’s claims. The main office of Crebeau in Korea, as well as our offices in China and Japan are planning to get together and file a large-scale lawsuit against SM. I’m glad the CreBeau’s CEO cleared the name of the members with regard to the issue against the Chinese company. Now we know their side of the story and frankly, without any bias, I believe this statement by CreBeau’s CEO more than the supposed “facts” released by the Chinese company before mainly because Kang Seok Won WILLINGLY showed the contracts to the interviewer. This means a lot as it gives the impression that he’s no trying to hide anything.

Changmin and Yunho left for Japan a yesterday and of course, pics of them at the airport were immediately posted in the internet. Changmin’s new hairstyle caught my attention. OMG, it looks so nice! It ALMOST looks similar to his hairstyle during their HUG days with a slight difference. He looks so young during those days while he looks so mature now. Nevertheless, he still looks HOT. I’m loving his hair!

In signing these documents, neither the writer of this note nor SM Entertainment received permission beforehand and afterwards from the three members to use their signatures.The Shenzhen concert was completely unknown to the three members at the time of the lawsuit and it was confirmed after the lawsuit began.

Writer:Three members of group ‘TVXQ’, Xiah Junsu, YoungWoong Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun, who are locked in a legal dispute with SM Entertainment, has stated that their signatures were forged on the note of confirmation for the Shenzhen concert and this is expected to cause major ripples in the case.
Regarding SM Entertainment’s stance that ‘The three members suddenly notified SM of their non attendance two weeks before the Shenzhen concert which was to be held on November 21st and there are no legal problems with our ticket sales,’ the three members’ side stated on the 24th that, “The China Shenzhen Concert note of confirmation holds signatures of the three members that we are attempting to prove were forged.”
They also stated, “Some Chinese and Korean fans notified us that the signatures used on the note of confirmation looked forged, and after thorough examination, we were able to know that the signatures were indeed false,” and “SM Entertainment stated that there were no legal problems regarding their ticket sales of TVXQ’s Shenzhen Concert, yet they forged the members’ signatures for this.”
The note of confirmation for Chinese performances is a document that proves that the musician will be attending the event through their signature. This document is placed where tickets are sold so that the consumers will know that the singer will be attending.
The three members’ side also stated, “In the case of the Shenzhen concert, the three did not sign the documents saying that they would attend but SM had someone forge the signatures,” and “The person who forged the signatures submitted a hand-written note stating that he was ordered by a representative of SM to forge the signatures.”

They also stated that, “SM added this Shenzhen concert into the members’ schedule after the agreement they made with the three members that all pre-planned activities would be performed. They are trying to distort the facts to make it seem like it was an event planned from before the trial,” and “The three members have asked SM to tell them of the 배경 of the forgery of the signatures as well as to reveal the full contents of the Shenzhen concert contract. The three hope to dispel any misunderstandings the fans may have felt from this happening.”
They also released the real signatures of the three members along with the fake signatures on the note of confirmation.
Before this, SM stated that the three members knew of the Shenzhen Concert before the exclusive contract suspension request was submitted and that they pulled out of the event suddenly two weeks before the concert which was why the event was canceled. SM also stated that the three members never asked to see the details of the Shenzhen concert contract.

Good thing the members got a hold of the person who was tasked to forge the signatures. The statement by this person is a very strong evidence against SM’s illegal ways. I’m really furious with SM for stooping this low and doing such dirty and illegal tricks just to ruin JaeChunSu. SM’s way of “fighting” this war vs JaeChunSu is definitely unfair and uncalled for. The company is going too far. I hope the Courts would take this into consideration in making a final verdict on the dispute between the three members and SM. If SM could do such thing as hiring someone to forge the members’ signatures WITHOUT their consent, then it is definitely HIGHLY POSSIBLE that they are really doing horrible things to their artists.
Also, may this serve as an eye opener to those who still believe that SM is “innocent”. This forgery issue only goes to show that SM is fooling the public by doing such things. People at SM really regard the public as stupid and dumb people who can easily be fooled. I hope people, especially non-DBSK fans, will be more cautious in taking in any information or statement released by SM. With this as evidence, I believe we have every right to doubt whatever comes out from their mouths.
By the way, I would just like to say that the fake signatures are WAY different from the original signatures of the members. If I were to choose one that is closest to the real one, it will be Junsu’s. But still, it still looks different. For fans who possess items with the members’ signatures or who have seen their signatures numerous times, it can easily be detected that the signatures are fake. It doesn’t take a genius to see that.

An update on the complaint fans has filed against SM with regard to the cancellation of SMTOWN LIVE 2009 last August.
SM Entertainment VS 632 Fans
The 632 fans of TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, and SHINee are in process of filing application of collective disputes against SM Entertainment-Dream Maker for the cancellation of the planned August 16th SM TOWN LIVE ‘09, demanding compensation for property and mental damages.
Korea Consumer Agency (KCA)’s Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee on last 23rd was asked by applicants related to the case of unilaterally cancellation of “SM TOWN LIVE ‘09″ as they demanded property and mental compensation which follows in collective dispute resolution procedure process on the 24th.
Dispute Resolution Committee initiated this collective dispute resolution procedures, and the committee will receive registration from other victims of this issue to have the same batch remedies from November 25th until December 9th.
Consumers that are willing to apply can log in to Korea Consumer Agency website (www.kca.go.kr) – consultation area (상담 마당) – dispute resolution group (집단분쟁조정), ones need to apply in order to join the collective resolution remedies.
Applicants must be ones who purchased Dream Maker Entercom’s “SM TOWN LIVE ‘09″ through domain auction and in case the applicant is a minor (a person who is under the age), the minor’s parents must apply for the participation as legal representative on the minor’s behalf.
The presentation of this case is about the past contractor’s act of concert postponed or canceled unilaterally therefore asking for liability to refund for any damages had been occurred.

For the nth time in just a span of 4 months, SM is facing another complaint. This time, it’s by the fans again.
Selling Tickets Without Government Permission, TVXQ Fans are Complaining to SM
TVXQ fans has filed a complaint to SM (CEO Kim Young-min) to relevant department about the starting of ticket sales of Shenzhen concert scheduled on last November 21st before getting any permission from China government.
On last November 16th a complaint file entitled “SM Entertainment ignores China’s Administrative Procedure-A concern to China Cultural Exchange Inhibition” was received by Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism from TVXQ fansite DNBN.
“According to the complaint filed in homepage of Department of Cultural Affairs, the official approval for TVXQ concert that was supposedly held in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China was out on October 28th, however the ticket sales was already accomplished at the end of September, eventually SM had sold concert tickets without any permission from the Chinese government.” the fansite pointed out their complaints.
“Even though now there’s a ticket refund for the audiences that are supposed to go to the concert hall, however it’s still not considered transportation costs, visa fee to enter China for especially foreign audiences including the opportunity costs damage everyone has suffered.”
In particular they continued, “SM ignored the administrative procedure as they announced the concert to public in the process of China’s approval. This unreasonable South Korea Entertainment ticket sales could leads to national image damage as the Chinese government would think other South Korea singers may do the same act of holding concert before getting any permission.”
“Usually SM artists’ concert is held at least 4-6 months after gaining the permission, thus this process of Shenzhen concert is definitely unreasonable.”
Towards this accusation, SM official responded on the 24th to Star Money Today, “TVXQ’s 3rd Asia Concert in Shenzhen is their 12th stops which was planned already when the contract with Dream Maker was signed back then in July 2008. Under the agreement, all aspects that are related to the concert including ticket sales and permission approval from local government are obliged to Dream Maker.” he said.
“Therefore, the claim of selling of TVXQ concert in Shenzhen ticket without any permission from Chinese government shall not be directed to SM.” he strongly refuted. “We also had contacted Dream Maker earlier about the plan to conduct the last November 21st-scheduled TVXQ Asian Tour in Shenzhen and they confirmed that there’s no problem at all in ticket sales and any related legal procedures.”
Dream Maker, in other side, explained, “For this last stop of concert in China, the Ministry of Culture of RRC authorized TVXQ’s concert in last October 21st. ‘The content of Korean TVXQ Guangdong (Shenzhen) concert agreement is ratified by the Ministry of Culture [2009] No. 2146′”
SM said, “(related to fans’ complaint) the permission approved by the Cultural Affairs of Guangdong Province issued on October 28th was unrelated to the ticket sales permission, it’s merely about visas for foreign artists which will perform and relevant documents and information submission.” he also added, “Because the cancellation of concert in Shenzhen, we’re now in the situation where have to pay for the damages. As we already sold the tickets, canceling a concert is definitely not our intention. In the future we hope there’s no more false claim like this being refrained.”

Does anyone of you actually remember how MANY lawsuits/complaints has been filed against SM this year? Seriously, if I were SM, I’d probably just stop all this crap by doing the RIGHT and LEGAL things. The company is just incurring losses due to all these complaints. I won’t even be surprised if one day, SM would declare bankruptcy due to it paying too many “compensation for damages and losses” from all these complaints. LOL.
From how I understand the article, I think SM is somehow putting all the responsibility on this issue to Dream Maker. With the kind of statements the company gave, it’s like it is pointing fingers at Dream Maker for selling the tickets earlier than the grant of permission by the Chinese government. Also, I could see some loopholes on both Dream Maker and SM’s statements.
1) Dream Maker said “For this last stop of concert in China, the Ministry of Culture of RRC authorized TVXQ’s concert in last October 21st. ‘The content of Korean TVXQ Guangdong (Shenzhen) concert agreement is ratified by the Ministry of Culture [2009] No. 2146′”
From what I can conclude from this statement, the permission for DBSK’s concert in Shenzhen was only granted last October 21, 2009. The tickets selling for the concert began in September 2009. Basing from the dates, the selling of the tickets was really in some way “illegal” since the authorization was only granted in October. Why then is SM and Dream Maker claiming that they were the said sale of tickets is legal?
2) SM said, “(related to fans’ complaint) the permission approved by the Cultural Affairs of Guangdong Province issued on October 28th was unrelated to the ticket sales permission, it’s merely about visas for foreign artists which will perform and relevant documents and information submission.”
Even if the October 28th permit issued by the Chinese government is for the visas of the artists who will perform and relevant documents and information submission, doesn’t this (in a way) affect the “validity and legality” of the concert, too? If you analyze this statement, the artists technically still do not have the “permission” to perform without the approval by the Cultural Affairs of Guangdong Province. Without the said permission, there is no assurance that DBSK will be able to perform at the concert. This means that unless the approval is out, the concert is still technically not “cleared” of any issues. What if DBSK was not granted the permission for their visas and there had been problems with the documents submitted? Then the concert will not push-through, right? What I’m saying is, SM and Dream Maker already sold the tickets for the concert even without being 100% sure that the concert will push-through. They already sold the tickets even if everything relating to the concert isn’t “polished” yet. Knowing this, doesn’t it make the early ticket selling somehow unreasonable?
Anyway, those are only my observations regarding this matter. I may be over thinking things but I just can’t help but notice those two things. Because of these two statements, it makes me more convinced that the fans’ complaints is valid and is not just a false claim.

News on the boys attending NHK Kouhaku this year plus an intriguing statement by SM:
TVXQ to appear on NHK’s “Red and White Song Battle”
Korean idol group TVXQ is set to appear on NHK TV’s “Red and White Song Battle” next month,
according to the Japanese broadcaster’s website.NHK announced on its official website on Tuesday that the K-pop boy band will appear on “Battle”,
which has been Japan’s signature year-end festivity for the past sixty years.The show brings together the most successful music acts in the country and Asia and divides them
into two teams — the Red Team for female artists and the White Team for male artists.
The singers or groups perform for their teams and the winning team is decided at the very end of the show,
which ends shortly before midnight.According to the report by NHK, TVXQ will be performing for the White Team which includes 24 other
top singers and groups such as Arashi and SMAP.
This makes TVXQ the only Korean artist to appear on “Battle” for two consecutive years.TVXQ, a five-member boy band, is one of most successful K-pop acts in Asia.
Recently, the group has not been performing as a group since three of its members are
currently in a legal dispute with their agency SM Entertainment.
SM, however, was quoted as saying that they are “working on having all five member make an appearance.”“Battle” airs live on NHK channel on December 31.

Hmmm… what could this statement by SM mean? Is it good news or just another trick by SM? *curious*
But anyway, whatever it is, I really don’t have time to think much about it. I’ll just wait and see what happens in the coming days. As of now, I’m just happy that the all five members will be performing in Japan together again. =)

Heaven’s Postman had its second fanmeeting last November 22nd and our JaeJoongie was there to greet the fans again. He looks better and happier on these pictures compared to the first fanmeeting/press conference. Is it possible that something happened the night before after their MAMA appearance that made him this happy? Something good must have happened after his “crying moment” backstage during MAMA. Could it be that those “two people whom he loves” contacted him that night? Hmmm… *wink*
Anyway, happy to see Jae’s smile again. Hope he’ll always have this kind of smile on his face all the time.

Awww… JaeJoong! I wanna go to him and give him a big comforting hug. Knowing he’s sad makes me feel sad, too. Please be ok, JaeJae! Everything will be alright. We’re here for you guys! 
Also, I want to say (for the nth time) that I’m proud of Cassiopeia! To the Korean Cassies, thank you for taking care of the boys on behalf of all of us, the fans around the world, who can’t be there in Korea to protect and show our support personally. Thank you so much for being understanding and letting the members know that we are keeping the faith – that we still and will always believe. =)
Fan Accounts About TVXQ’s Appearance in MAMA
TVXQ’s appearance at the MAMA was surrounded by controversy but even so three members – Youngwoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu made an appearance to greet the fans. According to fans who were there, the boys didn’t have an entourage of stylists, make-up, bodyguards like they normally do.. this time the cassiopeia present did not surround them either, instead they made way for them so that they could leave peacefully and quietly. Here a fan account of a cassiopeia that was present:

she was one of the Cassies who moved out of the way for JaeChunSu as they left.. and she overheard the staff talking.
Staff 1 – “Hey, did you see YoungWoong Jaejoong cry?”
Staff 2 – “Of course I did. I saw him crying silently and it was so sad that I felt so bad for him.”
Staff 1 – “They must be going through hell.. All three of them lost so much weight..”
Staff 2 – “Of course it’s hard for them… Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu were holding back tears..”
Staff 1 – “I feel so bad for them..”
Staff 2 – “Now that I think about it, it’s the first time I’ve seen YoungWoong Jaejoong cry. He used to hold back his tears even when they won the biggest awards. But to see him cry so hard that he didn’t care about what he looked like.. Phew.. I pity them..”
Staff 1 – “They’ll survive this well, they’re young.”+
As the three were getting off the stage..
The fans started shouting “Miduhyo! Miduhyo!”
and YoungWoong Jaejoong apparently couldn’t hold it back anymore and burst into tears..
A Cassie overheard some of the staff talking
and they said that they had never seen YoungWoong Jaejoong cry so hard before….
He cried so hard that his screwed his face up and just let it out, not caring about what he looked like…
It hurts me to think of them in such pain…..
Also, in the parking lot, someone yelled “I believe in TVXQ!”
and the three stopped their car.. <Yuaerubi Cassie>+
Yesterday, the three boys didn’t have bodyguards with them so the reporters were all over them so the Cassies acted as their bodyguards
And when they were leaving on the van that they had borrowed
A Cassie stuck a ‘Miduhyo’ sign on the car window
so the three stopped the car. So they could see it more, so more Cassies could stick these signs on their window.
And when the van was leaving, the Cassies acted as blockades so that the three could leave safely.
