What you’re about to read are clauses/contents of DBSK’s contract with SM Entertainment, which basically is the same for the other SM artists.

Reading the above clauses of their contract really left me speechless and made my hatred for SM heighten. Seriously, those are VERY UNJUST clauses and are considered “inhumane” for artists. Although all the contents of the contract are PLAIN RIDICULOUS, what made me angry the most are the ones regarding the income distribution and the part where SM could let the other artists use/sing DBSK’s sings without DBSK’s permission. SM really has no respect for its artists and only cares about money. For it, the artists are only there to make money for the company and nothing more. Those press releases about “SM Family” are pure hypocrisy (well, at least on the company’s part).I swear, SM should just GO TO HELL. There I said it. I’ve really lost my patience.
i’m so sad that all 5 of them could stand until before the lawsuit with such a disgusting contract. … yeah … 6 years is not a short period. how much they had to endure with all these unfair situations. SM must compensate our DBSK for all these damages. i HATE SM!
Tsk…how about the 40% of their profit bullshit??? WOW…this is actually the first time i swore online. i never did this before. SM is just a piece of insensitive CRAP. all of their sayings and all of their actions;
the way they speak of their artists…treating like ‘family’ doesn’t get to me,that is a HIGH level of hypocrisy there. what i know is, family DOESN’T take advantages of others or does the definition change already?? hhh~~ !!

The HELL?!?! Ok, though I support the boys unconditionally, I was a bit reserved about the profit splitting because I thought that SM covered all their costs! And now i find out that DBSk wasn’t covered at all?!?!

and that bit about SM being ‘allowed’ to steal DBSK’s songs? ARGH! It just made me want to RIP something!
Holy crap!! SM is really need to go to hell!! they won’t be paid if they come to variety shows but not a regular guest?? that’s so cruel!! poor SHINee and Super Junior.. God, I feel like killing someone..

They sing with all their heart….and that’s not even for money!!!
My love grew dramatically over the limits of heaven for DBSK whilst my hate for SM now couldn’t go further than the hell it is in!!!!

I bet 100% that any other Entertainment company would like super gladly take DBSK in as their family! The only thanks i can say to SM for is to bringing the five members together (altho their real intentions were to split them up apparently later on anyway O_o).

WTF? they’re soo using their celebs. thats so wrong. they should just burn in hell. im so glad jaechunsu stepped out of this to stop and change this.
